He initially spent at least half hour on the phone talking me through the role, and what it entailed before submitting my cv to the company to make sure I fully understood the job. When a confirmed interview date came through, Ben sent a lot of resources through about not just the job but the industry and the bigger picture which I  have never had that level of support which was a real benefit and help prep for the interview as I got it!
